About Us
Wat Lao Saophuth is a Buddhist Temple and has been established since 1988. The Wat, or temple, is a place for worship and serve as a cultural center for many Laotians. We try to preserve the teachings of Buddha by teaching younger generations about compassion, respect and rightful living through prayers and meditation practices. By understanding the meaning of selflessness and detaching oneself of worldly desires and addictions, a happier and more harmonious life can be achieved.
We welcome all visitors who are interested in learning more about Buddhism to our temple. Meditation lessons are also given to those seeking a little peace of mind.
